Psychometry

What is it?

It is a combination of normal psychic awareness plus the ability to read the energy patterns that we all leave on the objects around us. But it also acts as an aid to the psychic, helping him / her tune in better to their sitter, if you have read the section on Tarot cards, this is something similar. Most psychics who use this method tend to prefer metal objects, such as rings, bracelets or other jewellery, this could have a lot to do with the fact that these objects are in contact with the person on a more regular basis and therefore retain more information. But it can be almost anything, other psychics are good with cloth, such as clothes, again these items are in regular contact with the owner. But there are no rules, it’s simply a matter of what works best for the individual, or whatever is available!

Psychometry is also the method that a lot of psychics use when working with the police, especially when trying to locate a person. The psychic or medium will be given an object which belongs to that person or a photograph of them. The handling of an object here, helps to create a psychic link to that person, see also section on Psychics.

——————————————————————————–

How does it work

Whenever we handle an object we are laying down information about ourselves on that object. Because our bodies give off magnetic energy fields it can be likened to a recording on to audio tape. Its also important to remember that an object may have been handled by more than one person, thus its history may reveal things that are not relevant to the sitter. If, for example an object has been passed on down the family, it will contain information about its previous owners. But back to our tape recorder, the psychic can then be thought of as a tape player, playing back the information stored on the object.

As our page on psychics explains, the information is picked up by the subconscious mind. The `signatures` on objects are imprinted on the subconscious and then transferred to our conscious thinking. But here is another way to explain how this works. Imagine you are reading a book, the TV is on in the background. Your conscious mind is involved in what you are reading but you suddenly hear something on the TV that interests you, you look up to see what is happening on the screen. Your subconscious mind was monitoring the output of the TV, and registered the information. Although not a perfect example, I hope it goes someway to explaining how the information arrives.

Strong emotions seem to be stored well on objects, psychics are often able to pick-up on these signatures. The imprints left on objects could relate to any information, a location, a time, a feeling -all seem to be stored.

A medium may choose to start with Psychometry during a reading, as I often do, to help link into the person. This will enable some basic details to be picked up about that person and help gain some trust from them. As the reading develops it may then become a `medium` reading, when spirit communicators come through to give a message.

——————————————————————————–

Try Psychometry for yourself..

You can try Psychometry for yourself by asking a friend for an object, a watch, a ring, cigarette lighter, wallet etc. But something they are in regular contact with can make it easier. Try to find somewhere quiet and peaceful if possible. Place the object in the palm of your hand, and place your other hand on top. Explain to your friend what you are about to try and also ask their permission. Then sit quietly for a few moments and try to relax. I try to explain this step of relaxing as ‘taking a step back from the world’, it’s similar to meditating. After a few moments or so you may find an image pops into your mind, for now just mention this out loud to your friend.

Don’t try to process these images at first, just say what you see. Most people when trying this for the first time may see every-day things, but are surprised how relevant they can be to the owner of the object they are reading. For example you may see or get the feeling of something as simple as a kettle, on mentioning this you might be told that their kettle decided to ‘pack up’ and stop working today. So the point here is to just make sure you say everything you see, you might sense feelings about that person too, so mention them as well. You may find much of what you describe can’t be placed, – don’t expect miracles! Accept you will be wrong, be prepared to keep trying. Good luck!

The more you try the better you will become, you should start to see better results as your mind becomes used to ‘seeing’ the information. But you can progress, at first you will be pleased to pick up on things correctly, but the next stage is to follow the pictures or feelings. There may a lot more information that you can obtain.

For example if you sense a person connected to your friend, you should be able to pursue the image so that more information is revealed. It might be best to start with the YES / No technique. This involves simply asking questions in your mind concerning what you ‘see’ or feel. Try asking is this person family? Do you get a positive or negative feeling? If you feel a negative response try something like; is this person a work colleague or social friend? Is there a problem here? and so on. In time more information comes to you and you begin to see a bigger picture, how these things connect and how to suggest solutions. Never guess! Never make something up! Your catchword should be RESPONSIBILITY.

Please take your time and don’t try to become a psychic councilor overnight. Always remember you are dealing with real emotions of real people, hold them in the respect you would demand for yourself.

Stonehenge Legend

The Legend of Stonehenge
Stonehenge has fascinated thousands of people throughout the ages, even today people are still wondering about the origins of the mysterious Stonehenge. Today’s scientists and historians are still unable to come to a solid theory of when, why, by whom, and how the intriguing rock structure was built. Throughout history as we know it, there have been a countless number of propositions pertaining to these commonly unanswered questions. One interesting but debatable point is that throughout history, idea’s about the origin of Stonehenge have followed the fashions of the age. In medieval times it found a place in patriotic schemes of early British history. The 17th century age of learning marks the first attempts to analyze it. In the 18th century its history was submerged under religious dogma. (SC 1983, 6) Today it seems that it is undergoing a more scientific analysis using radiocarbon dating and other techniques. Many of today’s scientists and historians reject many of the earlier stories about Stonehenge. Whatever the origin and reason, Stonehenge is one of the most fascinating structures ever built, and it’s legacy will continue to live on even ages after we are gone.
Many people have some vague knowledge of Stonehenge, enough at least to know it exists. But there are many things that make Stonehenge a very special structure. The name ‘Stonehenge is believed to be of Saxon origin, although the building is much older. It comes from the roots ‘stone and ‘henge’ or ‘hang’, meaning ‘the place of hanging stones’. (SC 1983, 10) It is located in central southern England, in the country of Wiltshire. It resides about 30 miles north of the English channel, and about 80 miles west of London. It is located on a fairly flat stretch of land, known as Salisbury Plain. (SC 1983, 10) But what makes Stonehenge so special? For one, it is different from many other stone circles in western Britain due to the fact that many of the stones are trimmed into rectilinear forms. (SC 1983, 11) Another thing that makes it so remarkable is the sheer size of the stones that it is composed of. Some of its stones are among the largest ancient structures still standing in the British Isles. To really understand what Stonehenge looks like, in it’s entire enormity, we must take a detailed look at it’s structure. The circle of stones lying on the outer circle of Stonehenge is called ‘The Outer Sarsen Circle’. It is composed of 30 squarish upright stones made of a type of sandstone called Sarsen. It forms a 100 ft diameter. Each standing stone reaches about 13 1/2ft above the ground, and is about 7ft wide and 3 3/4ft thick. The stones sitting atop the uprights are called lintels, and are about 10 1/2ft long, 3 1/2ft wide, and 2 3/4ft thick. They are attached to the tops of the stones by a method similar to that of the mortise & tenon, a common woodworkers joint. No mortar was used whatsoever in Stonehenge. The outer Sarsen circle forms a remarkable continuous circle within about an inch of perfection. However not all of the outer circle is still standing. (SC 1983, 12) The Outer Bluestone Circle lies right within the outer Sarsen circle and is composed of a type of igneous rock called Bluestone (due to its blue-ish coloring). It contains about 60 Bluestones which are all about 6 1/2ft high, 3-4ft wide, and 2 1/2ft thick. The circle is about 75ft in diameter. They are upright, and contain no lintels. Many are missing or fallen. (SC 1983, 13) The Inner Sarsen Trilithons are arranged in a horseshoe shape, 45 feet diameter, and are composed of 5 independent Trilithons. (Trilithon means ’3 stones’ in Greek) Each Trilithon contains 2 uprights, with a lintel connected in the Mortise & Tenon manner. They reach an average of about 22ft high. Only 3 are still standing, but all the pieces are there. (SC 1983, 14) The Inner Bluestone Circle is another horseshoe shape, composed of about 19 Bluestones with no lintels. It stands just within the inner Sarsen Trilithons. They range from 6-8ft in height, and only 6 are still in place. (SC 1983, 15) The Alter Stone is a big rectangular piece of gray-ish sandstone, different from all the other types of rock. It is about 16ft long, and probably stood upright but is now snapped in two. The name ‘Alter Stone’ refers to the theory that the Druids used the Stonehenge as a temple, and the large stone lying in the center was their alter. (SC 1983, 15) All in all, about half of the entire structure is missing, and some of the remaining half is fallen and/or broken. However there is still enough standing to be able to tell the original form. Now with the image of Stonehenge in mind, we may have a better understanding of what makes it so special, and why so many different theories were devised pertaining to it’s origin.
Stanenges, where stones of wonderful size have been erected after the manner of doorways, so that doorway appears to have been raised upon doorway; and no one can conceive how such great stones have been so raised aloft, or of why they were built there. (SC 1983, 20)
This quote, written in 1130 by a man named Henry Huntington, was one of the first things ever recorded in writing about Stonehenge. He was referring to the point that if you look from a certain angle, the two Sarsen Circles do seem to form doorways on top of each other. (More on doorways later, as associated with the Druids) The way Huntington refers to Stonehenge as ‘Stanenges’ is significant because it shows that a name was established for Stonehenge that early, and before the Norman scholars ever wrote of it. During the Medieval era, 1136, a man named Geoffrey of Monmouth wrote a book that set the stage for many of the associations we draw today between the Druids (Merlyn in particular), Stonehenge, and the Legend of King Arthur. This book on the origin of Stonehenge was entitled The History of The Kings of Britain. (SC 1983, 22) The story begins in Britain, where the new British king Vortigern has seized the throne through treason. He sets up a peace meeting at Amesbury (Salisbury Plain) with the Saxon king Hengist because the Saxon armies are a threat to his kingdom. The Saxons pull hidden daggers at the meeting, and murder 460 British Lords. Vortiger, after being captured and released, flees to Wales where he builds a great tower on Mount Snowdon with the help of Merlyn the Druid. Then the rightful British king, Aurelius Ambrosius, comes back and burns Vortigern in his tower. There then ensues a battle between Aurelius and the Saxons. The British win, and Hengist is executed. Aurelius decides to set up a great and everlasting memorial to the Mt. Amesbury Massacre. Merlyn is called forth do devise a building, and he tells Aurelius of a great stone structure located in Ireland.
Send for the Giants Round, which is on Mount Killaraus in Ireland. In that place there is a stone construction which no man of this period could ever erect, unless he combined great skill and artistry. The stones are enormous, and there is no one alive strong enough to move them. If they are placed in position round this site, in the way they are put up over there, they will stand for ever…. (SC 1983, 22)
The structure he was referring to of course, was Stonehenge. So as the story goes, The kings brother, Uther Pendragon, took 15,000 men to Ireland to bring back the stones. They were unsuccessful however, and had to recruit Merlyn to move them. He takes down the stones himself, and sets them up at the massacre site in the exact same formation. Aurelius is supposedly buried there when he dies, as well as Uther Pendragon who succeeds him. Uther’s son, the legendary King Arthur succeeds him, and is supposedly tutored in the ways of the Druids by Merlyn. That is the beginning of the Druids and Arthur’s association with Stonehenge. That view/legend was prominent throughout much of the medieval era. (SC 1983, 22>) Geoffrey’s idea’s about Stonehenge and Arthur are said to be made up today. Everything after Vortigern was supposedly made up. However the tale still lives on, although it has acquired many variations. Some of the people who scorned Geoffrey’s work included William of Newburgh, John Leland, and William Lambarde. (SC 1983, 24 + 29 + 37)
Towards the Elizabethan Age, the questions about Stonehenge seemed to shift away from Geoffrey type stories, and more towards where the actual stones came from and how they got there. There were many paintings of Stonehenge that we still know of today. (SC 1983, 36 + 38 + 41) During the Renaissance, there emerged many tales pertaining to the actual stones. Some of these tales included ideas that ‘you can never count the stones twice and arrive at the same number’, ‘whoever counts the stones of Stonehenge will die’ or ‘to count the stones was to tempt the power of the devil’. There were also myths saying that the stones contained magickal powers. (SC 1983, 44) Many famous kings visited Stonehenge, among them were the Stuart Kings, including James I and Charles II. James one had his great royal architect, Inigo Jones, write a book on Stonehenge. Stonehenge Restored was the first book dedicated entirely to a single monument. (SC 1983, 47) Many theories also popped up about who built it, and of how old it was. One man’s theory, Dr. Glisson, was close to what radiocarbon dating shows us today.
Dr. Stukeley first devised the theory that Stonehenge was used by the Druids as a temple. Basically, the Druids were thought to be the Priests of the ancient Britons (TDW 1993, 10) and Stonehenge was an ancient British temple. (SC 1983, 85) Thus the association was made between the two. Although there was not too much support for this idea, and many today still hold it untrue, it was generally accepted, more so today then it was back then. Stukeley published a 4 volume book containing his idea’s. However at the time it was published, Christianity was on the rise and was trying to wipe out all the other religions. This did not support a very friendly environment for his works. (SC 1983, 88) Many idea’s about the Druids use came up, most of them were images of the ‘savage’ Druids performing ‘Sacrifices’ to their ‘Gods’. (SC 1983, 83>)
The Druids understood gateways and all that they mean. They built gateways at Stonehenge. Each stone circle has its gateway, It’s entrance place between two stones. Irish folklore is full of tales of people who disappear into the land of Sidhe, the fairies, by accidentally, or deliberately, walking between one of a Trilithon which acts as a gateway into that other world. (TDW 1993, 12)
This quote supports the fact that the Druids were the architects of Stonehenge. They had a belief in these types of ‘Gateways’. Henry Huntington also referred to Stonehenge as containing ‘Gateways’ earlier. The Druids were however, heavily associated with trees. The name ‘Druid’, actually means ‘Men of Oak’. And the Druids held many trees to be sacred, among the most sacred tree of course, was the oak. (TDW 1993, 13) So why then, would they have a heavy association with Stonehenge? The land around Stonehenge was practically ‘treeless’, and the Druids always tended to meet at ‘Groves’, a circular clearing in the middle of trees. (TDW 1993, 14) This might support the fact that the Druids indeed did not have a heavy association with Stonehenge, and if they did, they only used it, not built it. ‘Where the Druids reared their rocky circles to make permanent remembrance of sin, & the tree of Good and Evil sprang from the rock circle & snake of the Druid…’ (EOS 1980, 124)
Today, views of Stonehenge are not so different. There have been many attempted breakthroughs, but none successful. Some feel that although the actual scientific view of Stonehenge is more important, so are the myths and stories that come with it, even though they may be untrue. Most people, however, do not stop to think about why Stonehenge has attracted so many people and ideas. (Today, it receives close to a million visitors per year)
The attraction of Stonehenge here is very simple: there are not yet enough facts about it to bury it in certainty, in a scientific final solution to all its questions. Its great present virtue is precisely that something so concrete, so sui generis, so individualized, should still evoke so much impressions of feeling and thought. (EOS 1980, 125) The other Stonehenge, this vast labyrinth of words, pictures, speculations, feelings, impressions, may never be quite so important as the scientists Stonehenge, but it is no less real in any deep or sane sense of human history. Almost everyone who visits the monuments feels this. Never can a building have had its actual scale and height vis-ý-vis man so persistently exaggerated or its surroundings so romanticized, both before and after the Romantic Movement proper. It is not that artists, or ordinary visitors, want Stonehenge to be larger than it is. It is larger than it is. (EOS 1980, 126)
I can agree with this to a very large degree, even though I have never seen the monument myself. Stonehenge has, and always will continue to intrigue people. Maybe it is not so much the truth about it, but the stories that emerge from it. For some of the myths concerning Stonehenge (Arthurian Legend, for example) are just so unforgettable that they will never die. Who knows what the purpose of Stonehenge is, but whatever the purpose, it has served itself well.
What is Stonehenge? It is the roofless past;
Man’s ruinous myth; his uniterred adoring
Of the unknown in sunrise cold and red;
His quest of stars that arch his doomed exploring.
And what is Time but shadows that were cast
By these storm-sculptured stones while centuries fled?
The stones remain; their stillness can outlast
The skies of history hurrying overhead.

Use of the Pendulum

USES OF A PENDULUM

Some people consider that the pendulum helps us link to our sub-conscious mind
thus freeing us from the prejudices, fears and preconceived ideas that may color
judgment. Others say that the pendulum connects them with a higher power and
call it “divining” as the information is believed to come from higher planes or
our spirit guides. Others feel that the pendulum acts as a receiver of thoughts,
vibrations and electromagnetic energy.

Various means of dowsing go back into pre-history. There is cave art which dates
back to Neolithic times that seems to show people in the the act of dowsing and
pendulums were found by archeologists in the tombs of the Egyptian pharaohs.

Pendulums have been used to locate such diverse things as precious minerals,
water and lost car keys. Healers use a pendulum to in many ways whilst others
use them when seeking clarity on matters past, present and future.

HOW TO USE A PENDULUM

Relax, sit comfortably and hold the Pendulum in the fingers of your writing
hand, with the chain and Bob hanging freely.
Speak directly to your inner self or subconscious and ask it to show you a
“Yes”.
The Bob will start to move in any direction: back & forth, diagonally or in a
circle. Whatever movement you get is your “Yes” direction from now on. It may
take a little practice again relax breath deeply and above all be patient. Some
people prefer to start the pendulum swinging slightly first and then allow it to
settle into a direction. I have only once met a person for whom the pendulum did
not give a consistent movement and they had such a strongly developed intuition
that she really did not need to use a pendulum.
Ask for your “Yes” direction repeatedly until you gat a consistent and definite
movement.
Repeat this exercise asking for a No and Maybe until you have three distinct
directions and get the same results consistently.
Begin by asking simple physical questions. Be clear in what you are asking and
focus on the question. Make sure that it can be answered with a clear yes or
know.
I prefer to set intent before I use my pendulum asking that the session be for
the highest good of all concerned.
Have fun but do not abuse your new skills. it is possibly inappropriate to try
and pry into the feelings or doings of others through the use of a pendulum.

Remote Viewing

Your Remote Viewing Ability
One of the ways you can experience the Greater Reality is through remote viewing, a form of psychic ability very common among people. Remote viewers “see” objects and scenes hundreds or thousands of miles away by closing their eyes and focusing on the object or place. Craig, author of this Web site, can do it. You may be able to do it. To test your remote viewing ability, follow the instructions below.

If you would like to see how accurate remote viewers can be, click here to see some results of the Hawaii Remote Viewers Group viewings. Close the window when you are finished to return here.

A Remote Viewing Session
by an Acknowledged Master
Glenn Wheaton is the founder of the Hawaii Remote Viewers Group. His group is acknowledged as the most accomplished group of remote viewers outside of the military today (and perhaps including the military). Their site is at hrvg.org. As of May 21, 2008, they’re down temporarily as they upgrade it.

Glenn has done a remarkable viewing for a skeptic in which he viewed and sketched the contents of an envelope. To see the account of the viewing, click here. It is in Dick Allgire’s remote viewing newsletter, On Target.

Testing Your Remote Viewing Ability

The only way to test whether you can remote view is to remote view. Follow the instructions below. If you are able to sense, know, or see the targets with some consistency, then you have remote viewing ability.

Step 1: Make Your Mind an Empty Rice Bowl

The first step in this testing process is for you to learn how to make your mind into an empty rice bowl. That means you need to empty your mind of as much of the thoughts, images, and awarenesses that are normally part of your consciousness as you possibly can. Of course, you cannot completely empty your mind. You hear yourself breathing; your boss’s image flits before you; you hear a dog barking. If you practice this over several weeks or months, you will become very good at it. That is a large part of what makes up meditation.

For now, just relax, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and empty your mind. Do so now for five minutes before going on. You will have a black window in your mind into which you can gaze. It is the window to your remote viewing.

Step 2: Learn to Keep Your Imagination Quiet

Your imagination will try to put images into that black window. You’ve been doing that all of your life, when you daydream, solve problems, or plan things. It will be difficult to keep the imagination from showing you images when you make your mind into an empty rice bowl. Imagination wants to fill it with strawberries and cream or imagination soup.

More than anything, be aware of the images the imagination is putting into your mind. If you see an image of your aunt, she likely is not the remote viewing target, so toss her out.

Also, very vivid images are probably imagination, not remote viewing, because remote viewed images are blurred and indistinct, especially at first. If you can identify the image, then it likely is not from remote viewing the target. In remote viewing, you will see indistinct images, shapes, and colors, but they will usually not look like something identifiable. Relax and empty your mind if something clearly identifiable comes into it.

When you do receive remote viewing signals, avoid trying to identify something or letting your imagination fill in the blanks to make something identifiable out of the impressions you have. If you can identify it, then your imagination has created it. When the imagination puts an image into your window, quiet your mind and empty your rice bowl. Make your window black.

Practice that for five minutes now. Relax, close your eyes, and empty your mind. As imagined images come into your mind, quiet your mind and empty the window so it is black.

Step 3: Remote View the Targets

You will be presented the target identifiers one at a time. Each is associated with a photograph that is very distinctive. Close your eyes, relax, empty your mind, and look at the blackboard in your mind. Say the target identifier to yourself or see it writing on the blackboard. Then sit quietly and wait for visual details, color, temperature, touch, texture, and emotional sense.

After you get impressions, open your eyes and sketch the images or write the impressions. Write only the details; don’t try to decide what the target is. Put a line below the impressions when you’re done to separate them from the next set of impressions. Then close your eyes again, relax, make your mind an empty rice bowl, and say the letters of the target identifier in your mind. Wait for more impressions; then open your eyes and record them. You might do that eight or ten times for a single target.

Automatic Writing

Automatic writing is the process, or product, of writing material that does not come from the conscious thoughts of the writer. The writer’s hand forms the message, and the person is unaware of what will be written. It is sometimes done in a trance state. Other times the writer is aware (not in a trance) of their surroundings, but the actions of their writing hand.

If you are interested in learning more about Automatic Writing then please read on. However, if you are looking for a great quality writing company then I would suggest contacting eCopywriters.com. They specialize in SEO copywriting and have skilled SEO copywriters who can help boost your website rankings with quality, original content at great prices. They also provide SEO website content, search engine optimization content and so much more.

Therapy – Automatic writing is used as a tool in Freudian psychology and in related “self knowledge” studies, where it is seen as a means of gaining insight into the mind of the automatic writer through their subconscious word choices. It was primarily used by Pierre Janet in France, and later by Morton Prince and by Anita Muhl in the United States.

Religion – Automatic writing is used in Spiritualism and the New Age movement as a form of channeling. One of the best-known automatic writers was Helene Smith, an early 20th century psychic who felt that her automatic writing was the attempt of Martians to communicate with Earth. She claimed she could translate their Martian language into French.

The ideas of Helene Smith influenced the Surrealist movement. Andre Breton, leader of the Surrealist movement, pioneered its use within the movement and produced several important pieces of automatic writing, most famously, Soluble Fish. The Surrealists dubbed her “The Muse of Automatic Writing”; in the Surrealist deck of cards, Smith is the “Genius of Knowledge.” Automatic writing became a part of the Surrealist’s repertoire of games, and it soon developed into a number of other Surrealist games and tools that greatly influenced the movement, such as automatic drawing, automatic palimpsest, and a variety of marker-word games. Free writing later gained popularity with writers and poets, both as a means of stimulating creative thought and as a technique for overcoming writer’s block.

Skeptics point out that automatic writing claimed to be of supernatural origins is a parlor game that has little more effect than to spark creativity in the minds of the participants. They claim, as with other paranormal phenomena, that the subconscious of those performing the writing is the only thing influencing their actions and that there is no solid evidence that any messages are coming from anywhere other than the minds of the person holding the pencil. This is referred to as the ideomotor effect.

As there is no scientific evidence supporting the use of automatic writing in therapy, its usage to release repressed memories is suspect as well. While unconscious ideas are expressed in automatic writing, skeptics point out that it is unlikely that they are any more profound than the writer’s conscious thoughts. Skeptics argue that there is no evidence that the “true self” lies in the unconscious any more than it does in normal consciousness.

Doodling is a form of automatic writing as it is generally not consciously focused writing. Many people doodle spirals which are associated with Sacred Geometry.

We attempt automatic writing for several reasons. First – to get information about our personal life. Second – to confirm something from some who exists on the other side or has deceased.

The answers can be surprising … but always be cautious as with any tool of divination chosen – such as the ouija board.

If you have emotional problems – you may not like the messages that come through. Your consciousess – being in lower frequency due to emotional problems will attract a lower frequency entity.

If you like drama – and consider your life to be in drama – don’t channel.

When attempting automatic writing you may use a writing implement, computer, or any other means of communicating through the written word. Many people prefer the computer as they can type quickly without filtering the information coming through. When reread – even a typo can mean something.

To divert the focus of the writer – shifting from left brain logical thinking – to right brain intuitive thinking – take a pencil in hand, place it against a piece of paper as if about to write something. Then turn your attention to something else, such as watching television, reading a book, or talking with someone. For many people, their hand will write coherent material.

Much of this goes to ‘control’ and have much you are willing to give to a non-physical entity.

The amount of time spent on automatic writing can vary with the person and the session.

Words, sentences or whole paragraphs may appear. Often, the writing is illegible – the text appearing jumbled – without proper grammar or punctuation – mostly run-on sentences.

Messages can be written in a language – or hand writing style – not recognized by the writer and signed by someone unknown.

A picture or symbol may be written.

Some automatic writers know who is giving the messages while others do not. If the energies feel comfortable to you then you will soon learn who the entity is and why he/she is writing with you.

If you feel the least bit uncomfortable with the entity or the information received STOP!

Let all information flow! Do not stop to think about – or process – what you are writing / typing.

If you feel that more than one entity is trying to write through you – ask them to take their time and you will write with them one at a time. Always get a name.

Some of the best works of literature have come through channeled writing.

Lil Wayne is stupid or retarded

ANOTHER WEED RAID FOR LIL WAYNE: Rapper nabbed in Texas after cops find marijuana on two of his tour buses. Lil Wayne and members of his entourage were detained in Texas Friday after police claimed they discovered marijuana on two of his tour buses. The rapper, born Dwayne Carter, was en route to a gig at the Laredo Entertainment Center when his tour buses were stopped at a checkpoint by border patrol officers, who allegedly found a stash of marijuana, according to reports. A drug dog initially detected the odor of narcotics on one of the buses before the marijuana was allegedly discovered by police during secondary inspections. The artist and 11 others were detained on suspicion of drug possession, leaving him no choice but to move his concert to the following day. Carter was questioned and later released without charge and reportedly made it to the gig on Saturday. Wayne’s previous conviction on gun charges landed him a year-long jail sentence, which is due to begin in February. He is also scheduled to stand trial in March on unrelated drug possession charges following an arrest in Yuma, Arizona in Jan. 2008.

BLACKS HAVE LESS “Bad Fat” THAN WHITES

BLACKS HAVE LESS ‘BAD FAT’ THAN WHITES: But study shows blacks suffer more from obesity-related conditions. A new study shows that blacks tend to carry around less of a particularly unhealthy type of abdominal fat than whites, even though they suffer more from obesity-linked illness. The new finding, reported by Jennifer Thomas of HealthDay News, suggests that body-mass index (BMI) guidelines may need to be tailored to specific racial groups to better reflect risk. “The study clearly shows we have these racial differences in body fat, not just in the type of body fat but where the fat is stored, and these are important differences,” said study author Peter Katzmarzyk, a professor of population science at Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, La. Adipose (fat) tissue is found throughout the body. Subcutaneous adipose tissue is found just under the skin, while visceral adipose tissue is found in the abdominal cavity around the organs. Fat settling around the organs has been linked to development of obesity-related diseases such as cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes, according to background information in the article. But you can’t tell just by looking at someone how much visceral fat someone has. Even a pot belly won’t tell you for sure because visceral fat is deep within the body cavity, Katzmarzyk said.

In the study, researchers used computer tomography (CT scans) and dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) to measure visceral fat in about 1,400 white men and women and 570 black men and women aged 18 to 84. Participants’ height, weight, BMI and total body fat composition were also measured. At a given body fat percentage, black men and women had lower visceral fat than white men and women. Conversely, blacks also tended to have higher subcutaneous fat than whites. Researchers controlled for age and smoking status, among other variables. Despite the tendency to have less visceral fat, black Americans are still at higher risk of dying from obesity-related diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. One explanation for this is that blacks have higher obesity rates overall, Katzmarzyk said.

About 31 percent of white adults and 45 percent of black adults are obese, according to the study. “It’s a paradox,” Katzmarzyk said. “The fact that white individuals have more visceral adipose tissue and also have lower rates of obesity-related disease is probably because African-Americans have higher rates of obesity overall.” The findings also bring up the issue of whether the “one-size-fits-all” BMI guidelines apply equally to all races, Katzmarzyk said. The study appears in the January issue of The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

NBA STAR, going after his baby Mama!

DWIGHT HOWARD FILES ANOTHER SUIT: NBA star going after his baby mama ….again. NBA star Dwight Howard is going at his baby mama again. This time it’s for endangering the security of their 2-year-old child. And what is she doing to that, you ask. Using Twitter. That’s what. Here’s the deal. According to Howard his ex, Royce Lyndsay Reed, broke a court order by posting photos of their child on Twitter. Apparently the Orlando Magic center is on the right side of justice because according to documents filed by Howard this month in Florida, Reed was ordered by a judge in 2008 to refrain from posting images of their son Braylon on “blogs, websites, etc.” As EUR reported earlier, the reason behind the 2008 court order — Howard thinks posting the child’s photos on the web poses “a significant security threat to the child because [Dwight] is a highly-paid public personality.” Howard is suing Reed for $142

TIGER BEAT:

Books in the works; Mom ‘angry and disappointed’; ‘sexual compulsion’ rehab in Jan.? Author Ian Halperin, who has written unauthorized tell-alls about Michael Jackson and Brangelina, says he expects at least three titles about Tiger Woods are in the works and will surface within the next six months. “Editors at major publishing houses are frantically trying to find writers to write books about Tiger,” he tells Life & Style. Also looking to cash in with a book is Hollywood madam Michelle Braun, who claims to have provided Tiger with paid escorts, including porn star Holly Sampson.

Tiger’s mom Kultilda Woods is “hurt, angry and disappointed” in her son, a family friend tells People. “She wants to know how he could do this to his family.” That being said, Mama Woods still “loves him and will support him through anything, but she needs some time to work through this. …It was devastating to her. She likes Elin, and adores her grandchildren. She’s worried about them. She doesn’t want to see them hurt.”

London tabloid Daily Mail claims Tiger is “planning to go into rehab in Arizona in the New Year for treatment for ‘sexual compulsion’ and his use of Vicodin painkillers and Ambien sleeping pills.” Word is he’ll check into the Meadows Rehabilitation Center in Wickenburg, the same facility that treated “sex addicts” Eric Benet and David Duchovny.

Where are all my friends? As people flee Tiger Woods, many are wondering who is sticking by him. Sponsors are leaving him. His wife Elin has taken the kids and fled to Sweden. Who is left? Charles Barkley and Michael Jordan are close to Woods. Can they help him? The list of women grows every day, and they all have a Tiger story to tell. The porn stars, cocktail waitresses, bikini models, nightclub hostesses, they have all sold him out. Word on the street is that Woods was cheap with them, so now they want to get all the money they can. As of press time, Woods has been in hiding. Will Barkley and Jordan be able to help him, or give him some advice? Woods is taking a break from the world of golf to get his life together. If and when he returns, you know all will be forgiven if he returns to the game in top form.

TIME’S UP FOR TIGER: Watch maker Tag Heuer to ‘downscale’ deal with Woods. Swiss watchmaker Tag Heuer says the company will “downscale” the use of Tiger Woods in ad campaigns for the foreseeable future, according to Swiss daily Le Matin. “We recognize Tiger Woods as a great sportsman but we have to take account of the sensitivity of some consumers in relation to recent events,” Babin told the paper. On the other hand, Tag Heuer will continue to support Woods’ charitable foundation. Woods has been a brand ambassador for Tag Heuer since 2002. Last week, the company removed all placards featuring Woods in Australia but claimed the move had nothing to do with Woods’ admitted “transgressions.” The company’s general manager, Philip Richards, told the Sydney Morning-Herald that Tag Heuer was just temporarily ending its “golf focus” following the end of the season down under. The loses in sponsorship for the world’s #1 golfer keep mounting. Earlier this week, Woods, 33, lost his sponsorship deal with the consulting firm Accenture. In addition, Gillette has, for now, stopped airing all advertisements featuring the pro golfer, and AT&T has said it is re-evaluating its relationship with Woods However, all is not lost. Sports firm, Nike is standing by Woods … so far. Also, one week after announcing his indefinite leave from golf, Woods won the PGA Tour player of the year award. This is the tenth time Woods has won the award, which is voted on by other players.

OAKLAND RAIDERS PLAYERS EXPOSED, LOL LOL

OAKLAND RAIDERS PLAYER EXPOSED: Tommy Kelly has wardrobe malfunction. OK, now we can stop thinking about Janet Jackson’s infamous Super Bowl half time show wardrobe malfunction. Well not really, but she does have company in that department now. Sort of. No, it didn’t happen at the super bowl, but it did happen in an NFL game. In Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos, Oakland Radiers, while being involved in a play, lineman Tommy Kelly’s pants decided they wanted to come down for some unexplained reason (scroll down to watch). No, the visual result is not even close to the shock/pleasure of Janet’s, but it is interesting none the less. One wag pointed out that perhaps the sight of Kelly’s naked legs was enough to put the Broncos off who went on to lose 20-19 and are struggling for a Wild Card slot. BTW, Kelly is not the first player to be “de-pants-ed” this year, so to speak. In November Chicago Bears receiver Devin Hester’s arse was shown to a national television audience. (Scroll down for that, too.) We can only wonder what their mommys have to say.
