If Royal Caribbean brought in a ship with medical persons and supplies only would have made more sense than what they did. I wished each cruise line company would send one ship that they don’t use (at all) for three, six, month or longer as temporary shelter or as a hospital. (They all have older ships that they took out of service) Let the owners right off the cost to put the ship back in its origin condition when they remove it. Some cities when they are having extreme cold or hot weather would use empty offices space and do the same. They would escort the homeless person in and out of the building.The owner rights off the cost to repair any damage to the building and pay the staff to monitor the people.
