Choosing to Believe in the Unlimited Love and Blessings of Spirit by DL Zeta

Thank you for this posting.

At a time when intentions manifest at warp speed and our everyTesting the Beliefs you Hold

There are some simple tests you can apply to your beliefs. One way to
tell if you have beliefs that don’t serve you is to hold a belief in
awareness and ask yourself if the belief empowers you to reach the
highest and best in the universe or does it bind you to dense realities
that limit and disempower you? Pay attention to your feeling state when
you focus on the realities your beliefs create. Do you feel angry or
agitated or do you feel happy and at peace?

Here is another test. Imagine you’re holding a belief in your hand. Does
it feel heavy and leaden or do you feel yourself lift off the ground as
you hold it? What brings you down is a belief you can let go of. What
lifts you up is a belief that holds the power to lift you to your
highest potentials.

Everyone Deserves Love

One reason some hold disempowering beliefs is that they feel they don’t
deserve to be loved and empowered. Unfortunately this is a core belief
that can disable a lot of empowering beliefs. The solution to this is
simple: adopt the belief that each person, as a spark of spirit, is
deserving of the best the universe has to offer. Each person inherently
deserves unconditional love and the blessings of the universe. So long
as you sincerely believe good things are the birthright of every person,
you’ll be able to extend this belief to yourself as well. When you
believe you deserve the best the universe has to offer, each day becomes
a joyful journey along timelines where you experience ever expanding
realms of love and bliss.
expression reflects our inner world with perfect transparency, it is a
good time to visit the beliefs that determine the shape and form of the
realities we manifest. Our beliefs narrow or expand our field of
potentials and determine the timelines we will move along. As we move
further into the new time, the power of our beliefs becomes more
profound than ever before.

Beliefs are filters we place on reality. Everyone holds beliefs about
themselves, about others, the nature of reality and the universe. Some
beliefs empower us while others disempower us. The good news is that
it’s just as easy to hold an empowering belief as it is to hold a
disempowering one. It’s just as easy to believe in a world that radiates
the unlimited love and blessings of spirit as it is to believe in a
world where pain, suffering and struggle are our fate.

Shining the Light of Awareness on Beliefs

You can examine your beliefs to see if you hold any that are holding you
down. For a time you may choose to become a detective of your life to
shine the light of your awareness on your beliefs. Ask yourself what you
believe about your potentials and your love-ability. Ask yourself what
you believe you deserve.

It is also helpful to ask yourself how you see others and the world
around you. Do you believe others love and support you, or do you
believe others use you toward their own ends and abandon you when you
need them most? Do you believe the saying that ‘no good deed goes
unpunished’ or do you believe the good you do returns to you tenfold?

Do you believe in the divine wisdom of the universe or do you believe
you are a hapless pawn in the hands of a hostile and punishing god? Are
you a victim or an empowered being who creates your own realities? The
identities you hold offer important clues to your beliefs.

Your Beliefs are Real and True for You

Any belief you hold is real and true for you. If you believe you’re
unloved, you will live your life as if this is true. If you believe
you’re loved for the unique qualities you possess as a human being, you
will feel loved and you will live your life accordingly. When you feel
loved you will love. When you love, you open the door for more love to
flow into your life.

Testing the Beliefs you Hold

There are some simple tests you can apply to your beliefs. One way to
tell if you have beliefs that don’t serve you is to hold a belief in
awareness and ask yourself if the belief empowers you to reach the
highest and best in the universe or does it bind you to dense realities

Illinois Rep Bobby Rush (D-IL) was as to leave the House floor….

In a dramatic moment on the House floor this morning, Illinois Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL) was asked to leave the chamber after taking off his suit jacket and revealing that he was wearing a hoodie during a speech in tribute to Trayvon Martin.

Rush, who donned the hood and put on sunglasses in support of Martin, the Florida teenager who was gunned down last month in a racially-tinged incident, was escorted out of the House chamber after repeated requests by the presiding officer to leave. Wearing a hood or hat while the House is in session is against House rules.

“Racial profiling has to stop Mr. Speaker,” Rush said while taking off his suit jacket, “Just because someone wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum.”

Here’s the deal. I could almost go along with escorting Rep. Rush off the House floor because it’s a stunt cheapening this august body, but come on. The House Floor has seen some stunts in its day. Remember when the day after swearing in almost all of the incoming congresscritters, the Republicans decided to take the day to read the Constitution, only they read just the parts they liked? Or when Louie Gohmert (always good for a cheap stunt or two) unveiled the “Obama Apology” chart on the House floor? Or when Eric Cantor brought forth legislation reiterating that our national motto is in fact … wait for it …our national motto? Good times.

So it’s perfectly fine for a congressman to decry abortion on the House floor, saying African Americans were better off during slavery. It’s perfectly legitimate for a congresswoman to question the patriotism of another congressman and Marine vet. It’s even acceptable to honor a muckraking liar who smeared Democratic institutions and employees.

But to point out viscerally that racial profiling is a life and death problem ?
That’s apparently a bridge too far………

Dept. of Energy
Does
anybody out there have any
memory
of the reason given for the establishment of the
DEPARTMENT
OF ENERGY
During the Carter
Administration?
Anybody?
No?
Didn’t think so!
Bottom line ….
We’ve spent several hundred billion dollars in support of an
agency the reason
For which not one person who
reads this can remember.
Ready?
It was very simple..
And at the time everybody
thought
it very appropriate…
The
‘Department
of Energy’
Was instituted
on
8-04-1977
TO LESSEN
OUR DEPENDENCE
ON FOREIGN
OIL.
Pretty efficient, huh?
AND NOW
IT’S 2012,

35 YEARS
LATER
….
AND THE
BUDGET FOR THIS
NECESSARY
DEPARTMENT
IS AT $24.2
BILLION A
YEAR
IT HAS 16,000
FEDERAL
EMPLOYEES
AND
APPROXIMATELY
100,000
CONTRACT
EMPLOYEES
AND LOOK
AT THE JOB IT HAS DONE!

THIS IS WHERE YOU

SLAP YOUR
FOREHEAD AND SAY
‘WHAT WERE THEY
THINKING?’
Ah, yes, good old
bureaucracy…
And NOW _
we are going to
turn
the
Banking System, Health Care
The Auto
Industry over to
Government
ALL IN THE
NAME OF CHANGE?
May God
Help Us !!!

I remember when the Department of Energy was created. It came as the result of 1.) increasing fuel prices, 2.) dependence on imported oil and 3)promote fuel efficiency. But I don’t  hold Carter, nor the Department of Energy for the billions spent/lost since its creation. Energy lobbyists with their loot have rendered the concept and department ineffective. Take the BP Oil spill for example. BP knowingly violated/misled us all along! I think the script below is a distraction created to de-regulate what’s sorely needed.  The fuel industry would like nothing more than to be deregulated to keep us at the mercy of their pumps.

Quake hits central Chile; no reports of deaths

SANTIAGO, Chile (AP) — A magnitude-7.1 earthquake struck central Chile Sunday night, the strongest and longest that many people said they had felt since a huge quake devastated the area two years ago. There were no immediate reports of deaths or major damage.

The quake struck at 7:30 p.m. about 16 miles (27 kilometers) north-northwest of Talca, a city of more than 200,000 people where residents said the shaking lasted about a minute.

Buildings swayed in Chile’s capital 136 miles (219 kilometers) to the north, and people living along a 480-mile (770-kilometer) stretch of Chile’s central coast were briefly warned to head for higher ground.

Residents were particularly alarmed in Constitucion, where much of the coastal downtown at the mouth of a river was obliterated by the tsunami caused by the 8.8-magnitude quake in 2010.

Panic also struck in Santiago and other cities, with people running out of skyscrapers, and many neighborhoods were left partly or totally without electrical power. Phone service was disrupted by heavy use.

“There are some injuries but nothing serious,” said Interior Minister Rodrigo Hinzpeter, who was serving as acting president while Sebastian Pinera is on tour in Asia.

KU and UK Join Louisville and Ohio St. in Final 4

One game is a grudge match between teams that know each other all too well. The other is a rare rematch between virtual strangers.

The Final Four is set. In one game Saturday, Kentucky will play Louisville in an intrastate rivalry that puts Cardinals coach Rick Pitino against the school he once coached, then later alienated by returning to the Bluegrass to lead its archrival.

In the other semifinal, it will be Ohio State and Kansas, meeting for only the ninth time in their history but for the second time this season. The Jayhawks won the first game 78-67 in Lawrence, Kan., back on Dec. 10. Ohio State’s Jared Sullinger sat out of that game with back spasms. It was the first time the teams had met since 1999-2000.

The winners will play for the national title April 2. Kentucky already has seven national titles but none since 1998, the year after Pitino left. Kansas has three championships, Louisville has two and Ohio State, better known as a football power, won its lone title in 1960 and is making its third trip to the Final Four since 1999.

Absent from this year’s ultimate hoops weekend, taking place at the Superdome in New Orleans, are the longshots and little guys who have made March Madness so special over the years. Although there are no Butlers, VCUs or George Masons, there are plenty of good stories to tell. That list starts with Pitino vs. his old school.

It was Pitino who restored Kentucky to its former greatness when he arrived there in 1989 and the Wildcat program was coming off the sting of NCAA violations. Pitino took the program to three Final Fours and won one championship, but left in 1997 to take a second shot at the NBA, where he had previously coached the New York Knicks.

Tiger Woods wins first PGA Tour title in 30 months

Tiger Woods finally brought the buzz back to the very thing that made him famous — winning.

Two weeks after another injury scare, and two days before his former coach’s book goes on sale, Woods looked dominant as ever in that red shirt on Sunday to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

It was his first PGA Tour victory since a sex scandal at the end of 2009 led to one of the greatest downfalls in sports. And with the Masters only two weeks away, Woods looks more capable of ever than resuming his pursuit of Jack Nicklaus in the majors.

Woods closed with a 2-under 70 for a five-shot win over Graeme McDowell.

The question two weeks ago was when he could play again. Now, it’s whether he can get back to player who once ruled golf.

Even though he won the unofficial Chevron World Challenge last December, this was meaningful for Woods — a full tour event against a strong field, and a performance so clean that he was never seriously challenged on the back nine.

The final hole was a mere formality, and Woods tapped his putter on the ground waiting for his turn, knowing that his 30 months without a win on the PGA Tour was about to end. He walked off the green with his arm extended, waving his cap to a raucous gallery.

“It does feel good. It feels really good,” Woods said before signing his card. “It’s been a lot of hard work.”

Woods finished at 13-under 275 for his 72nd PGA Tour win, one short of Nicklaus for second place on the career list. But that’s not the record Woods wants. He has 14 majors, four shot of the Nicklaus standard, and he tries to end a four-year drought at the Masters, which starts April 5.

“I am excited, no doubt,” Woods said. “I’m looking forward to the momentum I’ve built here.”
