Perhaps the major drawback of popular astrology – and another reason for its questionable status – is that it fails to recognize the importance of the moon. This is a very spontaneous moon. Energy levels are high and Arian moons interact with uncommon immediacy and enthusiasm. More so than in the case of sun in Aries, there may be an issue of hot temper and loss of self-control. These people have the spirit of the fighter running in their blood, and a natural way of living the ideals of honesty and fair play. In a plainly quixotic way, they act before thinking and often before even feeling anything – taking action is a primal response to external stimulus. These people display a fascinating mix of emotionality and tough independence; often easily hurt and close to tears but other times they seem capable of drilling a hole through the earth.
Aries moon’s sense of independence is not easily separated from what is primarily a radical unwillingness to take advice and a quite profound obstinacy. The Aries demand strong and visible, quick responses from others, and their heated passion needs an equally charged emotional reaction from the partner. They have an emotional need for expression, activity and passion. This is considered an “exalted” position for the moon in traditional astrology, and people with Taurus moons tend to be good-natured, with a laidback disposition, strong constitution and healthy nerves. They respond slowly and act with consideration and decisiveness. They are physically and psychologically enduring and firm, with a deep inner need for stability and security. Taurus moon natives have acute senses that are powerfully affected by the immediate environment. These people are usually great lovers of nature and the earth, often ecologically aware and concerned about the welfare of all organisms.
It may not be the most exciting placement of the moon – these are usually not overtly dramatic, electrified personalities. However, they rarely act upon all their impressions, since a Gemini moon creates a typically mental being, without much desire to intrude upon the actual physical world of being. These people have a knack for saying the right thing, a fine analytical intelligence and an inborn need to communicate, if not only by words. Sometimes they communicate with themselves, for this type is more than most aware of the dualism of the mind. This is probably the most diplomatic moon placement and one of those most intensely aware of the surrounding world in terms of other people, opinions and behaviour. Lunar Librans try hard to be unbiased and impartial, but they aren’t always successful because of their own essential instability and their easily hurt feelings. They are great with people but can be utterly manipulative, smoothing everything to the extent that others are blinded as to how they’ve been fooled. The Libra moon’s list of arguments is always impressive, and they constantly wish to reorganize any disruption around them. Harshness and rude, egotistic behaviour disturbs them more than anything.
In any way, a Libra moon brings true desire for peace and harmony, much spontaneous sympathy and an unusual need for stimulating partnerships with loved ones and friends. These people need a human mirror, someone to always reflect their moods and opinions, and they have trouble feeling whole when alone, in any kind situation. Their greatest fear is the idea of drawn-out loneliness. While sun-Librans can be openly egoistic and at times coldly impersonal, this is more seldom the case with moon-Librans. Intellectual and avid seekers of wisdom and enlightenment, they have a faculty for objective thinking when it doesn’t concern themselves.

With the moon in Scorpio, people find it hard to take any matter that concerns the personal self lightly. Because they are so in touch with their feelings, and from an internal perspective overwhelmed by them, it is not easy for a Scorpio moon to differentiate between the emotional and cognitive parts of themselves. On the other hand, these people are often the unsung masters of pure self-control. Scorpio moons care a lot about their own feelings, but they preserve themselves to maintain an emotional advantage over others. The Scorpio moon has a deeply rooted need for intense emotional experience, and may seek crises for the sake of potential transformation and rebirth.
Traditionally, Scorpio is seen as a hard position for the moon, but there is much emotional strength, endurance, frankness and whole-heartedness with this position. They try to make up for in responsibility what they lack in spontaneous ability to express feelings. But these people never let you down – they are solid as rocks.
Capricorn moons rarely loose their cool and are sometimes considered reserved. Their ability not to loose their head is a great asset in comedy, and it’s enlightening to discover the number of talented comedians with strong Capricornian influences. Furthermore, lunar Capricorns are quite focused on rooting themselves and creating some kind of family bonds from early on, since security is of great importance to their well-being. However professionally independent the may be (and usually are) – when it comes to domestic life they are conservative and traditional.

This moon placement produces a rather unconventional emotional nature, one where the need to be considered special and unique may be greater than any wish to be smothered by physical or emotional expressions of love from someone special. This is the kind person who seldom is burdened by heavy emotions or irresistible desires – instead, the Aquarian moon tries to integrate her feelings as part of the intellectual whole of the personality, seeing them as just another phenomena to observe. While their emotional detachment makes them able to behold quite impartially what they experience from the inside, other people may think of them as cold or in some kind of denial.
In truth, moon in Aquarius doesn’t lack emotions, but their feeling-nature is simply less personal. Their concerns are directed more towards collective human interplay, a cosmic friendliness or sympathy. They are great observers of human nature, deeply fascinated by the workings of the mind. Lunar Aquarians can be the paradigm example of loners at heart. While they appreciate and empathize with everybody and are in turn liked by most, they still feel isolated and incapable of forming deeper bonds with people. These people can sometimes display erratic or “perverse” whims of behaviour, and their capacity for self-knowledge isn’t nearly as good as their intuitive grasp on the rest of humanity.

There is no simple way of separating inner from outer for these people and no limits for their receptive empathy. This Moon cannot stand brutality and is especially sensitive to the welfare of defenseless animals and other weak creatures. These people can understand anything, as long as it’s not too rational or coldly logical. Their imagination is colorful and boundless, and they have a tendency to daydream and be absent minded, although they might not even be aware of it themselves. You will have to search long and hard for a Pisces moon that isn’t one of the good sorts, and most would prefer to hurt themselves rather than a complete stranger.
Having this said, people with the Moon in Pisces can sometimes parasite on other people and find subtle ways of burdening the conscience of others (even though none is more prone to feel guilty than the Pisces moon herself). As true chameleons, these people can assimilate anywhere, and their openness makes them equally believable as complete innocents or world-weary men/women of the world. They are natural and fabulously nuanced actors. While they may seem breakable as glass, they are survivors, capable of being reborn from out of the most hopeless situations, like the vast, boundless ocean. They have to work with their ultra-sensitivity and try to be more thick-skinned. These people need solitude and quiet to regain balance.

Where Do You Live?

This is one of the most common questions we hear, and we always have a ready answer: “I live on this street, in that neighborhood, in this town or city or country.”

I invite you to consider the question in a new way.

Where do you live? Where do you feel alive? Where do you feel safe, peaceful, hopeful, and supported? Where can you explore your hobbies, think, learn, and love? If your home is just a temporary holding pen where you leave your things during the day instead of a beautiful space that makes you feel safe and calm every time you walk in the door, something is wrong. Your home is more than a place where your possessions are – it is a place where your body can recharge, where your passions can be fulfilled, where you can safely explore yourself and your desires, and where your soul can rest, be inspired, and soar. Home is about satisfying our basic animal needs: eating, sleeping, seeking shelter. But it is also about achieving transcendence on earth through our other needs, the ones that are the basis of our humanity: beauty, love and creativity.

For the past ten years, I have been redesigning homes with one purpose: to assist the people who live within to create the kind of space where they can flourish instead of just exist. My mission is to weave my wish for peace, beauty, justice, passion, and rejuvenation into all my projects with the intention of inspiring others to live a more soulful, compassionate, and beautiful life.

Consider the following scenarios.

1. As you open the front door, the glow of warm light beckons you inside. You set your bag on a handmade table near the door and slip off your shoes, placing them and your coat in the neatly organized hall closet. The serene, beautifully appointed living room draws you in. You sink deeply into a soft, comfortable chair and drape a finely knit, cozy throw over your legs. The sky, visible through a large, clear window, is soothing. A feeling of calm and revitalization washes over you. You close your eyes and enjoy the quiet luxury of a catnap before preparing a light supper. You’re home.

2. As you open the front door, the knob rattles. It’s loose again. The door sticks, and you have to force it open with your shoulder. You make a mental note to call the super. You stumble into the dark hallway as you grope for the light switch. The bulb blows out, leaving you in a gray wash of dim light. The hall closet is crammed to capacity with coats, sweaters, and things you haven’t seen in years. You throw your coat on a living room chair instead. The seat cushion is faded and worn. The air in the room is stale. A feeling of stress and irritation washes over you. You’re home. You look around at the clutter and decide to put your coat back on and grab a bite to eat at the local diner.

Where you live and what you live with are an extension of who you are: your living quarters are a physical manifestation of your emotional wants and needs, a mirror of your thoughts, dreams, hopes, wishes, and issues. And it isn’t just about the four walls that surround you: it’s about the energy with which you fill your space. I want you to consider the possibility that your home is an extension and a physical representation of who you are – and who you have been. Your space holds all your unfinished emotional business and baggage; the interior design of your home is a mirror of the interior design of you.

Thoughts have power. Whether you create your home intentionally or unintentionally, your thoughts and desires have been projected onto the objects that you have purchased, inherited, and collected, and when you see those things, you are consciously or unconsciously reminded of the situations in which they were acquired.

Objects acquired via love make us feel loved. Objects acquired via greed make us feel ashamed. By ridding ourselves of the physical manifestation of negative patterns and surrounding ourselves with positive manifestations of our best selves, we can move forward in an environment designed to help us be our very best.

Make the Most of Mercury Retrograde

The key astrological event of August is Mercury’s retrograde cycle from August 2-26. This backward turn of the communication planet happens three times a year, and is well known for complicating conversations, muddling messages, blurring details, and triggering technical difficulties and travel troubles. While some astrologers recommend avoiding starting new projects or signing contracts during this period, it’s often impossible to do so. Just make sure to double-check data and confirm details carefully to limit the risk of making mistakes. In fact, Mercury retrograde can be very useful for completing unfinished business or returning to an old creative interest.

The contrasting sign positions of astrology’s lovers — Venus and Mars — are a complicating factor in relationships this month. Alluring Venus in bold Leo until August 21 favors splashy displays of affection and romantic drama. Hearts can open wide in expressive displays of generosity and adoration. There is a narcissistic side to this transit, though — some egos may overinflate as individuals demand more attention and approval than usual. The fun of this playful combination is countered by passionate Mars’ move into super-sensitive and self-protective Cancer on August 3. Instead of taking initiative with confidence, this transit evokes a more careful and timid approach to partnerships. Venus in Leo needs heroes, yet warrior Mars is more into playing it safe in cuddly Cancer. Venus’ shift into pragmatic Virgo on the August 21 brings these two planets into a more cohesive relationship, as reason and security take precedence over big displays of affection.

The bold and outgoing qualities of fiery Leo are fueled by the Sun’s presence in this grandiose sign. Chests may expand with self-importance, even as macho Mars is wearing Cancer’s apron. Leo is wonderful when confident individuals express it joyously. However, insecurity during Leo days often draws unpleasant pictures of bullies and showoffs whose external displays of self-importance are not matched by the quality of their work or by generous spirits. The Sun’s entry into earthy Virgo on August 23 tones down brash behavior as the focus shifts to taking care of business rather than putting on a show.

The Leonine need to be the center of attention is highlighted with a lunar opposition from egalitarian Aquarius on August 13. This Full Moon contrasts personal authority (Leo) with collective concerns (Aquarius). Cool Aquarius can put a chill on overheated romance and hyper-inflated egos. Bossy people may be put down by clever comments, but the purpose of this lunation is not to embarrass anyone. It is meant to serve as a reminder that even the greatest among us requires a community of friends, fans and supporters. We can sometimes feel pulled apart by the lunar opposition to the Sun during a Full Moon. Yet its message is to make us aware of the spectrum of responses available to all of us so that we can stretch our behavioral vocabulary. The Galactic Council

The Galactic Council (GC) sends greetings and wonderment to you, our Earth friends. This is a general message for all who are prepared to hear.

There is indeed a shift occurring and no one is immune. The truth of our world is upon us. Energetic transformation is the end-game of which we speak. Raising your energetic vibration is your only job. This is accomplished by being where you are and doing what you do in each moment of right now. Service to your environment is service to you. Always in service according to your highest good.

Becoming one with the truth of each moment eliminates fear and loss. Once we choose to experience each moment as its own complete truth, it becomes simple and pleasurable to tell a better story about how you got there and where you are headed. This is the process of creation in action… through you, by you, for you. Becoming one with each moment is the purpose of meditation. Becoming one with each moment is the result of active wonderment. Questioning thru active wonderment is the technology that dissolves all fear, lack and distraction.

Harmonic resonance is occurring throughout the entire interconnected universe. Each of us on this planet is responsible for initiating our own harmonic resonance. Energy waves are moving toward each of us as sound quickens from above the 6th dimension. Cosmic vibrations coming out of the black hole galactic center are creating dramatic variations in our experience of earth time. Gamma-rays are transforming earth’s lower base light into higher cosmic light.

We each must find a way to make these changes work for us in a positive way. Instead of relying on traditional or so-called New Age hierarchies to figure it out for us, we each hold complete personal responsibility to know what to do for ourselves and for our environment…. for All. Momma Gaia and all her dependents are built for learning and evolving. We each must re-member how to learn how to evolve. Evolution occurs in an instant for those who have re-membered how to open and learn. Those of us who are open to evolving with Gaia know how it feels to learn and evolve. This experiential evolutionary feeling is awakening our dormant DNA. This is the feeling that vibrates openness and acceptance and expression throughout the interconnected universe as the energy of love. It is the experiential evolutionary feeling that is the power of allurement that connects us to Gaia’s center and to the galactic center. Oneness is the ultimate manifestation of cosmic allurement.

Humans are the Keepers of this 3rd dimension. We are the necessary connectors between Gaia and the higher dimensions. Technologies (methods, processes, people) are currently available on earth that have proven effective to help keep you grounded with Gaia while elevating your vibration into the higher realms. Since the atomic age, the GC has increasingly sent specialist emissaries who know how to do what needs to be done. Kaleo is one of our specialists who effectively serves a particular function that has become known to others over his earth lifetime. Many other specialists are known to work effectively in seemingly obscure and out-of-the-way places all over the earth. GC emissaries know who they are. They have no question about how to do what needs to be done. GC emissaries cannot be stopped by any means known in any dimension. They are on mission-based auto-pilot, serving Gaia’s ascension as their life’s single focus.

However. Whenever. Wherever. Never stop evolving for any reason.
Never. Ever.

The war of energetic transformation is over. The Universal Brotherhood of Light, Life and Love always wins. Gaia has opened to her higher form. Earth inhabitants who open to their higher form are choosing to be winners.

You can open to higher possibility, acceptance and love….
Or you can close down with judgment, fear and co-dependence.

What Time Is It?

There is no doubt about it, right here, right now there are enormous fears permeating this planet, not just globally, nationally but locally. Everyone seems to be waiting for something to happen…’outside of themselves.’ Intrinsically we really know that everything that happens to us is an inside job. Hence you as a collective consciousness and you as a part of the outside collective consciousness are the creativity and the creator of your life no matter what is going on in the ‘outside’. You have a choice of how you choose to participate or not in the outside collective know as ‘they’. Sometimes it is much easier to have convenient amnesia.

What have we learned from his-story or for that matter from her-story. So from the story, do today’s headlines affect tomorrow’s results? Here are the headlines from Time Magazine for the last 30 years. Do they sound currently familiar? Do they sound as scary yesterday as they do at this present time? Is it Time Magazine after Time Magazine, time after time? Are we getting the picture or pictures? What is real and what isn’t? That’s the million dollar questions. Even during the depression millionaires were made. And during each of these Time Magazine years, millionaires will be made. But it isn’t just about being a millionaire, it is about having a stable life, good health and healthy relationships and creating your own life. With all the fear that permeates the collective consciousness of everyone, then the individual’s collective consciousness of their bodies get saturated with fear, making it a challenge to think and create clearly. The factor of fear destabilizes life, upsets the health and relationships of everyone who allows the fear to affect them. It takes courage to stand up to the fear. The fact is the molecules of fear are physically very dense, heavy, restrictive, and they block the creative process.

The stories are the same. Are you willing to buy the same old same old, or begin to create your own life as you choose it, not as it is decided for you in the press? This is the best time because it is the time in which we all live right here right now to create, implement and manifest our lives. This is the only time that counts right now.

Let go of the stifling fear. Look inside your Self. You may be the one whose creative idea creates a new product, a new industry, prosperity for your Self, your family, for society. You may be the next success story on Time Magazine. You may be the paradigm shifter who makes the difference in the shift out of the old story. We can’t change the past, but individually and collectively we can change the future. The past is a minute ago, the future is one second from now. Let the past be a reference point only. Let’s reflect on these past headlines. Let’s not make these headlines more of the past/future. Time is really on our side if see the past for what it is… a lesson, information and what we learned to do again or not! The future is just one minute from now. Our future is what we make it, time is on our side.

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a
hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: “I am blind, please help.”
There were only a few coins in the hat.

A man was walking by. He took a few coins from
his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it
around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked
by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people
were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the
sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked,
“Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?”

The man said, “I only wrote the truth. I said
what you said but in a different way.” I wrote: “Today is a beautiful day but I
cannot see it.”

Both signs told people that the boy was blind. But
the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people that
they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the
second sign was more effective?

Moral of the Story:

Be thankful for what you have. Be creative. Be
innovative. Think differently and positively. When life gives you a 100 reasons
to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile. Face your past without
regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without
fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear.

The most beautiful thing is to see a person
smiling and even more beautiful, is knowing that you are the reason behind
it!!!
