The drug dealer motto is, “Don’t get high off your own supply.” Which doesn’t mean buy your own! It means don’t do drugs! There’s a serious conflict of interest! Now here we are in the case of another type of hypocrisy. A top attorney in California, the DISTRICT ATTORNEY, gets busted for cocaine possession? How hypocritical can you be?
The office Deputy District Attorney David Shubert holds is a position of excellence, pride and honesty that should stand for something other than bustin’ Bruno Mars and Paris Hilton for their drug possession and making a name for yourself. Now that his credibility is shot and he’s been locked out of his office, I bet he used their drugs or wish he had them? The stuff that was confiscated from Mars and Hilton probably never made into evidence–except enough to bust them.
Shubert has people in low places that were giving him a hook up at a crack den in Vegas when they were spotted, chased, and apprehended. Now, he’s losing his job and preparing to be in the cell next to Paris and ‘nem. Oops! Paris isn’t even in the pen, she’s out on good behavior. I guess it’s lonely at the bottom too. Don’t drop the soap Shubert! Read here for more of this ridiculous guy.
Wesley Snipes has started his three-year prison sentence. Snipes is in a federal prison because of his conviction on tax evasion.
It hasn’t even been a month since T.I. has had to go back behind bars and it sounds like he’s already gone stir crazy. The dirty south rapper is reaching out to his fans from behind bars with a new blog post on his Trapmuzik.com website.
T.I., currently serving an 11 month prison sentence in Arkansas for parole violation, posted his thoughts online expressing his grief with his incarceration.
He calls his sentence a “real a** whoopin” and wishes he could’ve spent consecutive years behind bars instead of the frequent trips in and out of jail for the last 15 years:
“This experience is truly a pain I have never felt before and that’s saying a lot for a n*gga who’s been down locked up as many times as I have. I see this as a real a** whoopin’. The kind you don’t just go back outside to play afterwards.
You take ya a**to bed and don’t come out of your room until it’s time to go to school. I don’ t know what effect this will have on my life moving forward but I’m certainly sick and mother f*cking tired of going to jail, juve, prison, the pen, correctional facilities or whatever else you want to call it.
I’d have been better off doing a 5-10 year bid one time than going in time and time again for days, weeks and months for the last 15 years of my life. Even though it’s been a long road, I’m still standing, barely but nevertheless still standing.”
He also added this bit of introspection:
“At one time I thought my motivation for continuing was for my fans, my partna Philant, my pops, my grandmama, even for the haters or the people I let down. But nah… I got to do this sh*t for me!!! I’ll be God damned if I’ve come all this way and made it through so much hell to let it go down like this! F*ck that! If an hour in the dark is worth a second in the sun then pass me my mother f*ckin’ shades cause I’m ready to cash my darkest hours in…ASAP!!!”
SIDEBAR = Learn to leave drugs alone, “just say no”, remember that!
The Queen Of Soul is furious at her son’s girlfriend. Two weeks ago, Franklin’s 52-year old son Eddie was beaten up in Detroit. Franklin had to be hospitalized and have his jaw wired shut. Franklin won’t talk about what happened, but his girlfriend did. She said Franklin was attacked by two men and one woman at a gas station. She says she later dropped him off at the hospital. The Queen Of Soul wouldn’t go into detail, but she says her son was not attacked at a gas station. She went on to say her son has nothing to hide, and this will remain a private matter. In 2002, Aretha’s son was cleared in an investigation of an arson fire at one of her mansions.
Money talks and bullshyt walks, so here we go again, with Lindsay, and let’s not forget
Paris Hilton. These two girls will never do the prescribe time of there convictions because
of who they are. It this fair hell no, but with the first sentence, money talks. Folks this
is the justice system in America, if you don’t realize it by now.
Now for the article:
A judge sent Lindsay Lohan back to jail Friday after she failed a drug test, and the troubled starlet could stay there for nearly month.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox did not set bail and Lohan was taken into custody immediately after the hearing at the Beverly Hills courthouse.
Fox set Lohan’s next court appearance for Oct. 22. It will be Lohan’s third jail stint for a three-year-old drug and drunken driving case filed after a pair of high-profile arrests in 2007.
Her previous stays at a women’s jail in a Los Angeles suburb lasted 84 minutes and 14 days.
Lohan acknowledged failing a court-ordered drug screening last week in a series of Twitter postings.
Lohan arrived at the Beverly Hills courthouse Friday about 10 minutes before the hearing was set to start, wearing sunglasses and accompanied by her mother, Dina. Her father, Michael Lohan, arrived earlier.
It was the “Mean Girls” star’s first appearance before Fox, who had said at a previous hearing he would sentence her to a month in jail for each drug test she skipped or failed.
The actress wasn’t present for that hearing, which was held hours after her release from rehab.
Lohan has twice been released early to overcrowding, with her longest jail stay a 14-day stint on a 90-day sentence earlier this summer.
Lohan seemed to acknowledge an addiction problem after news of her positive drug test broke last week.
Wesley Snipes is determined not to go to jail. He wants a new trial for his tax evasion case. Snipes is facing three years in jail. He says he needs a new trial because of jury misconduct.
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel issued the sentence after listening to testimony from employees of an alcohol treatment program that Lohan had been ordered to attend.
Lohan missed seven classes since December, which led to the judge’s harsh rebuke moments after the “Mean Girls” star offered a tearful apology.
“I did do everything I was told to do and did the best I could to balance jobs and showing up,” Lohan told the judge. “It wasn’t vacation, it wasn’t some sort of a joke.”
Revel said she found Lohan’s apology insincere, comparing it to “somebody who cheats and thinks it isn’t cheating if she doesn’t get caught.”
Lohan was not immediately taken into custody and will be permitted to surrender on July 20. She will have to wear an ankle alcohol monitor until then.

Ok here is my 2 cents, to the commentary. She should go to jail for one year as stipulated earlier by the judge when he gave her a one year probation. Now she is only going to do 90 days, and it looks like just a fraction of that time. Are you kidding me. What happen to the laws of the land. She is wrong and has been wrong for quite sometime. Granted the young lady has some serious mental issues. Evidently her family and friends are not concern or love her enough to see that she gets the help that is require.
She has been a living train wreck for sometime. Maybe being in jail for a few weeks will make her think about
how serious DUI’s are and her own mental health. At this point it looks like money talks and B.S. walks!
How do you feel about Lindsey Lohan?
Hasn’t Detroit suffered enough? I mean, this guy must be feeling like the new OJ Simpson right about now because his legal troubles just refuse to go away. The saddest part of his scenario is that most of his troubles are largely due to his own stupidity and lack of humility about all that he has done. And now in addition to the five years he’s already serving, he’s been brought up on 19 counts of fraud and tax evasion.

Boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr. is headed to jail. The boxer received a 90-day sentence for his involvement in a domestic violence incident involving his babymomma. Mayweather pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge and no contest to two misdemeanor harassment charges. He’ll have to pay a $2,500 fine and do 100 hours of community service. He’s to report to jail January 6th and should be out by March 11th. Mayweather is scheduled to fight in Las Vegas on May 5th.
