You are now awake! Keep reading, because it’s true “a mind is a terrible thing to waste”. This year has been a big learning curve for you dear Capricorn. Learning is fundamental, but for you it was your chosen spiritual path of enlightenment. Judge not unless you be judge. Your mind is bright and spiritual access.
Material things have always been important to you, and now you see, there is no needing or wanting, just is. Everything does happen for a reason, to reveal itself when it is time. There are decisions that have to made by the end of the year. Know these decisions paint a portrait of who you are, and what you want in this life. I would say like Nike “just do it”, and it will happen faster than you realize. You like your sign the goat is always climbing new areas of life, which is good, just remember to stop and smell the roses. Sometimes dear Capricorn you become to driven, and your body surely let’s you know that OK! You are learning to think with your mind, not your body or ego, and thru this you are becoming who you really are.
Enjoy the holidays, and that new love just around the corner, or is in your life at the present time.
Life sometimes is like a roller coaster you ride that puppy, sideways, up and down, curves, until it comes to the end, what a ride I say, glorious and magnificent ride.
Money talks and bullshyt walks, so here we go again, with Lindsay, and let’s not forget
Paris Hilton. These two girls will never do the prescribe time of there convictions because
of who they are. It this fair hell no, but with the first sentence, money talks. Folks this
is the justice system in America, if you don’t realize it by now.
Now for the article:
A judge sent Lindsay Lohan back to jail Friday after she failed a drug test, and the troubled starlet could stay there for nearly month.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox did not set bail and Lohan was taken into custody immediately after the hearing at the Beverly Hills courthouse.
Fox set Lohan’s next court appearance for Oct. 22. It will be Lohan’s third jail stint for a three-year-old drug and drunken driving case filed after a pair of high-profile arrests in 2007.
Her previous stays at a women’s jail in a Los Angeles suburb lasted 84 minutes and 14 days.
Lohan acknowledged failing a court-ordered drug screening last week in a series of Twitter postings.
Lohan arrived at the Beverly Hills courthouse Friday about 10 minutes before the hearing was set to start, wearing sunglasses and accompanied by her mother, Dina. Her father, Michael Lohan, arrived earlier.
It was the “Mean Girls” star’s first appearance before Fox, who had said at a previous hearing he would sentence her to a month in jail for each drug test she skipped or failed.
The actress wasn’t present for that hearing, which was held hours after her release from rehab.
Lohan has twice been released early to overcrowding, with her longest jail stay a 14-day stint on a 90-day sentence earlier this summer.
Lohan seemed to acknowledge an addiction problem after news of her positive drug test broke last week.
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel issued the sentence after listening to testimony from employees of an alcohol treatment program that Lohan had been ordered to attend.
Lohan missed seven classes since December, which led to the judge’s harsh rebuke moments after the “Mean Girls” star offered a tearful apology.
“I did do everything I was told to do and did the best I could to balance jobs and showing up,” Lohan told the judge. “It wasn’t vacation, it wasn’t some sort of a joke.”
Revel said she found Lohan’s apology insincere, comparing it to “somebody who cheats and thinks it isn’t cheating if she doesn’t get caught.”
Lohan was not immediately taken into custody and will be permitted to surrender on July 20. She will have to wear an ankle alcohol monitor until then.

Ok here is my 2 cents, to the commentary. She should go to jail for one year as stipulated earlier by the judge when he gave her a one year probation. Now she is only going to do 90 days, and it looks like just a fraction of that time. Are you kidding me. What happen to the laws of the land. She is wrong and has been wrong for quite sometime. Granted the young lady has some serious mental issues. Evidently her family and friends are not concern or love her enough to see that she gets the help that is require.
She has been a living train wreck for sometime. Maybe being in jail for a few weeks will make her think about
how serious DUI’s are and her own mental health. At this point it looks like money talks and B.S. walks!
How do you feel about Lindsey Lohan?
Prosecutors hoping to nail former Liberian president Charles Taylor for war crimes at a U.N.-backed court have asked judges to subpoena supermodel Naomi Campbell as a witness, reports the Associated Press. In a motion filed Thursday, prosecutors say they want Campbell to testify about uncut diamonds Taylor allegedly gave to her in South Africa in 1997. They say the runway diva told prosecutors through her lawyer that she was “concerned for her safety” and “did not want to involve herself in the case.”
Prosecutors claim Taylor gave arms and ammunition to brutal rebels during Sierra Leone’s civil war in exchange for diamonds. He denies the allegations. The prosecution is also seeking testimony from Mia Farrow, who claims Campbell told her about the alleged diamond gift. Farrow said she and Campbell were both guests at the home of South African president Nelson Mandela, where Taylor was also visiting. She said Campbell described in detail a middle of the night visit from two of Taylor’s men. “She said during the night, some men had knocked at her door and she, half asleep, had opened the door and it was representatives of President Charles Taylor and that they had given her a huge diamond,” Farrow told ABC News. “We were like, ‘oh my gosh.’”
BEST POEM IN THE WORLD
I was shocked, confused, bewildered
As I entered Heaven’s door,
Not by the beauty of it all,
Nor the lights or its decor.
But it was the folks in Heaven
Who made me sputter and gasp–
The thieves, the liars, the sinners,
The alcoholics and the trash.
There stood the kid from seventh grade
Who swiped my lunch money twice.
Next to him was my old neighbor
Who never said anything nice.
Herb, who I always thought
Was rotting away in hell,
Was sitting pretty on cloud nine,
Looking incredibly well.
I nudged Jesus, ‘What’s the deal?
I would love to hear Your take.
How’d all these sinners get up here?
God must’ve made a mistake.
‘And why is everyone so quiet,
So somber – give me a clue.’
‘Hush, child,’ He said, ‘they’re all in shock.
No one thought they’d be seeing you.’
JUDGE NOT!!
Remember…Just going to church doesn’t make you a
Christian any more than standing in your garage makes you a car.
Every saint has a PAST…
Every sinner has a FUTURE!

More Details Emerge. People magazine has more details of the events leading to the death of plus size model Mia Amber Davis, though an official cause of death is still pending. Davis went to a Los Angeles clinic this week for surgery on her knee to ease pain from an old basketball injury exacerbated by wearing high heels and playing tennis. But after what was supposed to be a routine procedure on Monday, she complained of dizziness and had to be transported to Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center. At about 9 a.m. on Tuesday she was pronounced dead. “She seemed fine leading up to the procedure,” says Craig Harvey, chief investigator for the L.A. County Coroner. “She had no prior complaints and no significant prior medical history.” Davis’s sudden and mysterious death at age 36 stunned her family, including husband Michael Yard, and rocked the fashion industry, where Davis was a highly respected and influential plus-sized model based in New York. She also worked as an actress, appearing in “Road Trip.” “We’re really heartbroken,” says Madeline Jones, editor of PLUS Model Magazine. “We feel like our whole world collapsed. And the plus-sized industry is never going to be the same. She was such an advocate for plus-sized women. Wherever she went she was made up from head to toe, not a hair out of place. She loved herself. She looked good and felt good.” The cause of death remains unknown. Results of an autopsy are pending, and reports that a blot clot was to blame are “simply speculation,” says Davis’s cousin, Mignon Moore, a UCLA sociology professor. “We are absolutely heartbroken and devastated by the abruptness and tragic loss of Mia Amber,” her family says in a statement released by Moore. “She was a role model for people of all colors, shapes and sizes. She was a shining star and always encouraged others to live out their dreams.” In Road Trip in 2000, a 300-pound Davis appeared in what was played as a comedic love scene with super skinny D.J. Qualls.
