The custody battle is on for baby Nahla. Oscar Winner Halle Berry is battling her baby daddy model Gabriel Aubry over their two-year old daughter. This custody battle is going to be vicious. Aubry has already gone to court to establish his rights as the father of their child. He wants child support and to be able to see his daughter. The couple, who broke up last year, has never gone to court to establish custody or visitation for their child. Berry has come out swinging. She has put her career on hold to fight her ex. In a war of words, a.k.a. he said she said, she says he has called her the n-word and b*tch. She says their daughter is terrified of Aubry. He says Berry is known for her jealous rages, and she cares more about dating than parenting. He says Berry flew into a rage when he started dating Reality Star Kim Kardashian. He admits it wasn’t serious, but Berry warned him keep our child away from that slut. He says he is not allowed to date, but she can date whoever she wants. Berry is currently dating Actor Olivier Martinez.
Montana Fishburne’s hopes of resuming a speaking relationship with her famous father has apparently run into a brick wall.
The “actress” tells TMZ that she called her father on Monday and spoke to him for the first time since her porn aspirations were revealed.
According to Montana, her dad said, “I’m not going to speak with you ’till you turn your life around.”
It was leaked last month that the 19-year-old Fishburne is starring in a video for Vivid Entertainment, best known for distributing celeb-driven sex tapes by Kim Kardashian and Kendra Wilkinson.
But unlike those tapes, which were presented as private home videos leaked to the public, Fishburne’s turn as an adult film star is a more scripted affair. This inspired another complaint from the elder Fishburne when he spoke to his daughter.
“You used your last name,” he said, according to Montana. “No one uses their real name in porn.”
Before she spoke to her father, Fishburne was optimistic that he would eventually view her new career as a positive.
“I feel pretty confident that I can work things out with him,” she told TMZ on Aug. 3. “I think he wants to support me in everything I do, and though he sees this now as a negative, I believe in time he will view it as a positive.”

Berry feels as long as he is participating in this publicity stunt: Keep That Plastic Whore Away From Their Daughter. Berry’s new movie, Frankie And Alice, comes out in February as well as her new fragrance Reveal. In Frankie And Alice, Halle plays a woman who suffers from multiple personalities.
