Palin Dogs Obama At Tea Party Confab. Sarah Palin, in a speech that was short on ideas but big on enthusiasm, took aim at President Barack Obama and the Democrats, telling a gathering of “tea party” activists that America is ripe for another revolution. Noting his party’s dismal showing in elections since Obama moved into the White House a year ago with talk of hope and promises of change, Palin asked the gathering: “How’s that hope-y, change-y stuff workin’ out for you?”

Palin Gets Slapped by Obama on Nuclear Criticism. Sarah Palin just got a taste of what it feels like to get played by Barack Obama. It seems Mr. President ain’t holding back anymore. If you haven’t heard, on Fox News Palin criticized Mr. Obama over a new defense policy which states that the U.S. would not respond to chemical and biological attacks with nuclear weapons if the enemy nation abides by the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. “It’s kinda like getting out there on a playground, a bunch of kids getting ready to fight, and one of the kids saying, ‘Go ahead, punch me in the face and I’m not going to retaliate,’” said Palin. Well, back in the day, say a few months ago before his health care victory, the president maybe would have passed on responding. But these days, it’s a whole different ball game and Obama isn’t hesitating to do the slap-back thing on silly Sarah. Here’s what he told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos: “I really have no response. Because last I checked, Sarah Palin’s not much of an expert on nuclear issues,” he said. “If the secretary of Defense and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff are comfortable with it, I’m probably going to take my advice from them and not from Sarah Palin.”
